R.S. Scholarship Fund

One of the greatest missions of Dr. Richebächer’s 60-year career — and one of his great concerns in life — was that the study of macroeconomics was all but dead in today’s colleges and universities.

We are proud to announce that the official Richebächer Economics Scholarship, to be awarded to a student with excellence or promise in the study of macroeconomics.

This crisis, these half-baked bailouts, they largely result from a widespread lack of understanding of basic economics. You’ll have your chance, as a Society member, to vote on candidates learning how to change that by the pursuit of excellence in economics studies.
